Product description
These crucibles are made with 95% Platinum and 5% Gold Due to their resistance to oxidation and corrosion, as well as mechanical stability at high temperatures, Platinum Crucibles have become essential for the preparation of samples in analytical laboratories.
The mechanical stability of Platinum is further improved with the addition of 5% Gold. This alloy offers higher strength and low wettability, so that the sample can be easily removed from the crucible.
They are available in Standard Form or Wide Form.
