HY designs and manufactures silicone heaters for pipes and tubes, however, manufacturing techniques for our standard preformed heaters meant that for small diameter pipes the heater could only be manufactured in short lengths for rigid pipe work. Through continued product development, HY can now offer the Spiral Wrap Heater range to suit flexible or rigid pipes

Great flexible heater strip preformed spirally to fit various pipes/tubes/lines with consistant contact for better temperature uniformity.
Easy to wrap around and convenient to use. Can be stretched to different lengths.
Custom design welcome.

Important Notes:

Lengths (200mm, 400mm,800mm and 1000mm) are measured in their spiral states. Please kindly allow -/+ 10% tolerances here due to manufacturing reasons.
Best working for tubes/delivery gas lines of 8mm~13mm by OD.
